The only places for you to advance your skills is at Granny's Cottage in Bad Ass, from Granny, and from Ogg-san in Bes Pelargic. You can also learn from other players with a decent teaching bonus in that skill, or keep practicing and get TMs. All skills that are advanced through Granny cost Lancre money. Learning with Ogg-san will cost Agatean money.
